°®¶¹ÊÓƵ Hong Kong Music Centre (THKMC) was established in Oct 1999. It coordinates classical music as well as Rock & Pop exams with the aim of facilitating °®¶¹ÊÓƵ Music exams for Hong Kong candidates, as well as promoting music generally through study and exams.

THKMC offers exams for a wide range of instruments as well as vocal exams at Grade, Certificate and Diploma levels. Instruments include keyboards, strings, brass, woodwind and percussion. Rock & Pop instruments include electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboard and vocals. Regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation () in the UK, the exams are widely recognised by international institutions and conservatoires.

THKMC regularly organises series of master classes, seminars, examination workshops, individual tutorials and graduation ceremonies prior to each exam period, all of which are delivered by °®¶¹ÊÓƵ’s experienced examiners. Such activities can better equip candidates for their coming music exams.

With their high standard of professionalism, °®¶¹ÊÓƵ Music exams are widely popular with music teachers and students all over the world, and the number of candidates entering these exams has continued to grow through recent decades.
